Berkay Dinçer, who started his career as an IT personnel at Anka Textil Europa GmbH in 2015, has been involved in various international start-up projects since 2018.

In 2020, he collaborated with Daimler A.G. and took on roles in user experience design, working on projects for Mercedes EQ models. In 2021, he successfully EXIT a start-up project he led in Switzerland.

In 2023, he conceptualized Exotoll, aiming to digitize the entire highway ecosystem in European countries under one roof by integrating their toll systems. Exotoll is creating the world's first highway SuperApp.
