Zafer Korkulu, who started his career as an Assistant Energy Expert in 2003, worked in various units and positions at EMRA. As of April 2021, he was appointed as the Head of the Energy Markets Monitoring Group within the Department of Strategy Development, and was appointed as the Head of the Energy Transition Department on December 30, 2021. Mr. Korkulu, who completed his undergraduate education at Bilkent University, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a full scholarship, completed his master's degree at the University of Texas at Austin, "Energy and Underground Resources" program, with the first place.
