Oğuzhan YILDIZ is the CEO of ONBT Technology Company. At the same time, he works on digital strategy as the CTO of Kalyon Holding, which operates in different sectors such as construction, renewable energy, construction, real estate, industry, airport & highway operation. In his 28-year career, he worked as a C-Level for 14 years, as a manager for 6 years, as a network/security specialist for 5 years, and as a software specialist for 3 years.

He received his undergraduate degree from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Control and Computer Engineering, and his master's degree from Istanbul Bilgi University, Department of Business Administration (MBA). He has a Coaching and Mentoring Certificate from Dale Carnegie and a Scrum Master certificate from Scrum.org.

He was honored with the award "Best CIOs of the Year" category for the third consecutive time and the fifth time in total in 2022, 2023 and 2024 at the Future Of CIO & Awards, which is considered one of the most prestigious tech awards.
